• Username, profile picture, and bio (optional, user-provided)
• Referral codes

Information generated through your use of the Platform:

• Ethereum wallet address (auto-generated during account creation)
• Exchange account identifiers and sub-account data
• Trading activity, including positions, trade history, and profit/loss
• Copy-trading subscriptions and performance
• Comments, likes, and social interactions on the Platform

Information collected automatically:

• IP address
• Browser type and version
• Device information
• Pages visited and actions taken on the Platform

2. How Your Information Is Used

• Operate and maintain the Platform, including account management, copy trading, and fee processing
• Display trader leaderboards, performance statistics, and trade history
• Send notifications related to your account and trading activity
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Improve the Platform through analytics and usage patterns
• Comply with applicable legal obligations

3. Blockchain Data

All trades on the Platform are executed on a decentralized exchange that settles on the Ethereum blockchain. Transaction data, including wallet addresses and trade details, is recorded on-chain and is permanently and publicly accessible. Lighthouse has no ability to modify, delete, or restrict access to on-chain data.

4. Third-Party Services

Lighthouse uses third-party services to operate the Platform, including for authentication, wallet infrastructure, trade execution, and hosting. These providers may process your data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

Lighthouse does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

5. Cookies

The Platform uses secure, HttpOnly authentication cookies to manage your login session. These cookies are essential for the Platform to function and cannot be used by client-side scripts.

Lighthouse uses Cloudflare Web Analytics for anonymized, cookieless traffic analysis. Lighthouse does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

6. Data Security

Lighthouse implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including:

• TLS encryption for all data in transit
• Restricted server access via encrypted tunnels
• Embedded wallets secured with key-splitting technology and trusted execution environments
• Web application firewall and DDoS protection

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While Lighthouse strives to protect your information, Lighthouse cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. International Data Transfers

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own. These countries may have different data protection laws. By using the Platform, you consent to the transfer of your information to such countries.

Lighthouse may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
